DAMAGED GOODS

Please send a photo copy along with an explanation of any issues from your order within 48 hours of delivery to contact@projectprink.com. We will address all issues and concerns. It is our duty to satisfy your concerns. 

Please note that without a photo copy we will not be able to assist you. 

 

PLEASE NOTE

All items are inspected and packaged with care to avoid shipping damage. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit - you are welcome to raise your issue with your shipping courier or purchase shipping insurance.
